Assistant Director

This production is for the client who just wants a little assistance along the way. MK Productions positions themselves as a resource for this client.

  • Initial meeting to determine expectations and desired outcome.
  • Theme ideas suggested.
  • Suggestions, recommendations, of vendors, and or locations.
  • Sample itinerary.
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, faxes.

Minimum 10 hours.
Prices begin at $1000

 

Director’s Package

  • Initial meeting to discuss expectations, outcome and over feel for the event.
  • Locate, interview and reserve vendors.
  • Provide and/or recommend vendors.
  • Review all contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • On-going communication with client.
  • Communicate vendor updates/changes.
  • Create a project timeline of the event.
  • Final meeting to review all details.
  • Event day itinerary.
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails and faxes.
  • 5 hours of coordination on day of event.

Minimum 25 hours.
Prices begin at $2500.00

 

Producer Package

MK Production works closely with the client to make his/her dream event come true. We are the producer of this event. “We do it –you enjoy it!” These events tend to be months in the planning.

  • Initial meeting to discuss expectations, outcome and over feel for the event.
  • Monthly meetings are held to keep client informed of all progress (If desired).
  • As the event gets closer we keep you abreast of any changes, updates on a weekly, sometimes daily bases if needed.
  • Locate, interview and reserve vendors.
  • Provide and/or recommend vendors.
  • Review all contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • On-going communication with client.
  • Communicate vendor updates/changes.
  • Create a project event timeline.
  • Final meeting to review all details.
  • Event day itinerary.
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails and faxes.
  • 10-12 hours of coordination on day of event

Minimum 50 hours.
Prices begin at $5000.00
